Albany Bulb in the San Francisco Bay Area
October 24-27, 10am-5:30pm
Immerse yourself in the environment of the Albany Bulb, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this intensive workshop, led by Shinichi Iova-Koga, develop your sensorial mind and creative responsiveness through rigorous physical and improvisational training rooted in Noguchi Taiso, Action Theater and Yang Shen Gong exercises. The workshop will end with a public showing at the Albany Bulb. All ages and levels of experience welcome. All that is required is curiosity and the willingness to get some earth on you.
Part of the workshop will also take place in Western Sky Studio, Berkeley. Time will be split between indoor and outdoor work.
